The inspiration for this series came from „Afterimage” paintings by Władysław Strzemiński, an avant-garde who in his paintings was exploring the sensation caused by staring at the sun.

I stare at buildings, elements of architecture, urban space. After I close my eyes, I see images in the move, shaking, floating. Architecture is stable, motionless. In order to picture the sensation of moving objects, how I „see” and „feel” after I close my eyes I started to experiment with multiple exposure.
